Service terms

Below you can find the detailed service and cancellation terms that apply to projects with VIP Group.

 

– If you cancel or reduce the scope of a project after written approval of the quotation for the same or the performance of such project becomes affected by an act or omission on your end, the fees below shall be due respectively:

  • No fee – if canceled or the scope was reduced before the project work had been started
  • Proportional fee – based on the completed work if canceled or the scope was reduced after the project work had been started
  • Full fee – if canceled or the scope was reduced after the project work had been completed

 

– If you increase or add to the scope of the project after written approval of the quotation for the same or the performance of such project becomes affected by an act or omission on your end, the fees below shall be due respectively:

  • No fee – if the scope was increased or updated before the project work had been started
  • Proportional fee – based on the additional work/ requirements introduced if the scope was increased of updated after the project work had been started
