Cancelation Policy

If you cancel or reduce the scope of a project after written approval of the quotation for the same or the performance of such project becomes affected by an act or omission on your end, the fees below shall be due respectively:

• No fee – if canceled or the scope was reduced before the project work had been started
• Proportional fee – based on the completed work if canceled or the scope was reduced after the project work had been started
• Full fee – if canceled or the scope was reduced after the project work had been completed
